Mxauoa Couriers is a small delivery service working inside the city. We collect from shops, offices and homes through the day, sort the parcels ourselves at our own place, and carry them out across Surat on runs we drive.
What we carry
- Papers that cannot wait Contracts, cheque books, admission forms, drawings and proofs, going to a desk across town rather than into the post.
- Orders from shops Small parcels a shop wants taken to the customer's own door instead of held at the counter.
- Samples and spares Fabric swatches, machine parts, printed samples, and the odd shapes that will not sit flat in an envelope.
- Several cartons at once A full load to one address, or one heavy item that needs two people to move it rather than one.
How a pickup works
- Send the list Email the pickup address, the delivery address, and roughly what the parcel is. A photograph helps when the size is unusual.
- We fit it into a run Parcels are grouped by the part of the city they are going to, so one trip carries everything headed the same way. We tell you when the rider is coming.
- Collected and numbered The rider collects from your door and the parcel is given a number. That number is how we track it from then on.
- Delivered, and you hear about it Once it has been handed over we tell you who took it, so you are not left wondering whether it arrived.
Where we deliver
We work inside Surat — the older centre, the textile market quarter, and the newer residential and industrial edges of the city. Pickups are grouped by where they are going, which is why a morning's collections travel together instead of going out one at a time.
If the address is outside the city, tell us where it is and we will say plainly whether we can reach it.
